Information we collect

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address, preferred language, consent and confirmation records, and information needed to deliver messages and manage unsubscribes.
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security signals needed to operate and protect the site and its forms.
How and why we use information
We use inquiry data to respond to support, business, and project requests; to take steps you ask us to take before entering a contract; and to maintain the security and reliability of our services.
We send product news, release announcements, and occasional special offers only after you actively consent and confirm your subscription. You may withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter.

We use Brevo for newsletter subscriptions, double opt-in confirmations, delivery, and unsubscribe management; Web3Forms to deliver contact-form messages; and Cloudflare for hosting, security, and Turnstile bot protection. Product pages may also contain privacy-enhanced YouTube embeds.
These providers process information on our behalf or under their own published terms. Their services may involve processing in countries outside your place of residence, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
Retention
Newsletter information is retained while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, a limited suppression record may be retained so that we can honor your request. Inquiry and business records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal information. SCG Audio does not currently add advertising analytics or behavior-profiling scripts to this site. Essential hosting and security technologies may be used. Brevo forms, Cloudflare Turnstile, and embedded media may process technical information when they load or when you interact with them.
